Studies have shown that a little order in your home spaces can help clear space in your mind. Getting organized can also help calm anxiety. If you are confined to quarters but healthy during the COVID-19 outbreak, consider doing some spring cleaning and organizing. You might even get the kids involved and make a game out of it!
